Meet our Founder
Dr. Max Lebow, Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Max Lebow, MD, MPH, FACEM, FACOEM is Medical Director of Reliant Immediate Care Medical Group, practicing Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Lebow was recently selected as the 2022 – 2023 President and Chair of the Urgent Care Association, the national membership organization that represents over 2,500 Urgent Care Centers nationwide.

Max Lebow, MD, MPH, FACEM, FACOEM is Medical Director of Reliant Immediate Care Medical Group, practicing Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Lebow was recently selected as the 2022 – 2023 President and Chair of the Urgent Care Association, the national membership organization that represent over 2,500 Urgent Care Centers nationwide. He is also the ACOEM Education Chair for the Transportation section of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Max Lebow, MD is double Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Preventive/Occupational Medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Charity Hospital of New Orleans. He also earned his Master of Public Health from Medical College of Wisconsin.
Among Dr. Lebow’s other positions and honors, he is past Chair of the California Medical Review./Lumeta, Inc., the California Non-profit Quality Improvement Organization. He serves on several Boards including the College of Urgent Care Medicine, is a founding member of Cal-UCA, and the California Employer Fraud Task Force. Dr. Lebow was the 2016 recipient of the Urgent Care Association Community Service Award. He is also has received Special Commendation Award by the City of Inglewood, California, for his advocacy to Improve Health Care for the Underserved Community, and the City of Los Angeles Certificate of Appreciation, Department of Disability, for Contributions to the Disabled Community.
